1. Return Period: You may return your guitar within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Return Shipping Costs: The cost of the return shipping will be covered by the customer. Please ensure you choose a reliable courier for the return shipment.

3. Original Packaging: We only accept returns that are shipped in their original packaging. The instrument must be undamaged and in like-new condition.

4. Packing Guidelines: To avoid any damage during transit, please ensure the guitar is properly packed and securely protected. Any damage caused during the return due to inadequate packing will void the return eligibility.

5. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the returned guitar, our team will inspect it thoroughly. We will provide a resolution (refund, exchange, or other) within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned item.
